Dashville is a secluded bushland venue and campground located at Lower Belford, just 15 mins from Bimbadgen, 20 mins from Hope Estate and 25 mins from Roche Estate, with simple access from Sydney via the new Hunter Expressway.
The spacious bush land venue is renowned for hosting its own unique music and arts festivals so there’s plenty of space and facilities.
Hunter Tent Stay at Dashville is the perfect option for those looking for cheap and stress free accommodation whilst attending events in the Hunter Valley vineyard region.

Can't see your event?

Concert announcements happen fairly sporadically, so sometimes we won’t have accommodation set up in time. However, we’re generally not too far behind. If you can't see the concert or event you'd like to attend, please fill out the request form by clicking the button below.

Please note - we don't open for every vineyard concert due to Dashville events. We only open for event weekends or festivals held by Dashville.

Here is the basic run down. Please read through these points.

(Please note, we're cool for having a yarn on the phone, but please try to read these points of interest before deciding to give us a buzz.)

  • WHEN TO ARRIVE - Decide whether you wish to arrive Friday or Saturday. Friday we are open for arrivals from 2pm. If it's Saturday, anytime from 8am is fine. We suggest making a two night stay out of it. Friday nights, we like to have some live entertainment (subject to quantity of bookings), most weekends we will have a licensed bar and dinner available.

  • PER PERSON RATE - Everything is charged per person so this allows freedom for you to set up however, wherever. Keep in mind under 12 is free and you get breakfast with each night stay.

  • TENT HIRE - is an optional extra, we have 2 person tents and 3 person tents available for hire. They include an inflated mattresses, entry rug and a light. But it's BYO linen and pillows.

  • FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED - Choose your own space/site to set up camp, whether it be a caravan, tent, camper, whatever. There's no space restrictions as its a large bushland site with plenty of room to spread out.

  • POWERED SITE - The per person rate does not include a powered site. You must select Powered Site as an additional inclusion if wanting power for your caravan/camper etc. this will mean you are restricted to a certain area which provides power. If you need only power for charging phones, hair dryer etc, there is 24hr access to 240v power in the restaurant and amenities area, and that way you can camp anywhere!

  • COOKED BREAKFAST INCLUDED - Each night you stay we include a cooked breakfast the following day. This takes the hassle out of bringing all the cooking gear, and on these glorious mornings waking up in the bush, there's nothing better than slowly easing into the day, whilst someone prepares you a tasty breakfast.

  • RETURN SHUTTLE BUS - A service organised ONLY for those staying onsite at Dashville. The shuttle bus from and back to Dashville is the best way to get to the concert. It is $30 per person return. The first bus departs Dashville 20mins before Concert gate opening time.  Just make sure you are aware of the particular event running times if catching the bus. We will send out an email to all bookings before your stay to give you any information on bus times as soon as it becomes available. Sometimes this can come last minute, depending on when the event times are published.

  • CANCELLATIONS + REFUNDS POLICY
    - If your concert is cancelled due to unforeseen weather, that does not mean we are cancelled. Dashville will do our best to remain open and operate so you can still have a bit of a getaway in the Hunter Valley.

    - If you need to cancel, regardless of your reason, if the cancellation occurs outside of 7 days prior to the event, a full refund can be arranged.

    - We do not provide refunds within seven (7) days of your intended booking. This is due to staffing, stock ordering and other planning costs. So please ensure you are good to join us before you book!

Dashville Nights - Your occasional Friday night bonus!

Dashville Nights is a Friday evening concert series that generally coincides with most Hunter Tent Stay weekends (subject to quantity of bookings).

If we include a concert on the Friday evening, it costs you nothing extra and comes as a bonus to your booking, which makes for a glorious compliment to your weekend of live music shenanigans.

Dashville concerts are run on the new Midfield Stage, which is close to our world famous Ruby’s Pizzeria and the new look Galah Bar. Concerts are fully licensed (NO BYO) and all ages (under 18’s must be accompained by a responsible adult). We encourage you to come enjoy dinner and music with us, Dashville style.

Dashville Nights are also ticketed events that run alongside our Friday Night Pizza Night and are available to anyone outside of those already attending Hunter Tent Stay. If you'd like to attend, or check out any of these gigs, see here for tickets as they're released.

But if you’re local and you’d just like to pop in for a take away pizza, you are most welcome to place your order and leave the site once you receive your order.
